BIOGRAPHY

Lee Benedict was born in Newburgh, NY and raised in the Hudson Valley Region of NY. After graduation from college, Lee went to Fort Jackson, SC for US Army Basic Combat Training and then to Fort Lee, VA for Advanced Individual Training. After eight years of service, Lee requested a Family Hardship Separation due to his son's medical conditions, Lee was hired by the Richmond County School System in 2004 as a teacher in the field of special education where he has served ever since.

Who has been in the trenches, the classroom, where rubber meets road, since 2004 and actually knows how a board's decisions affect and effect instruction? LEE BENEDICT
